We want you to make it as easy as possible for you to own your own data and our hosting services are designed around this principle.

All our hosting is based on fully open source software, from the application layer (CiviCRM and WordPress) down to the operating system (Linux).

We use industry standard software and best practice software development and hosting practices (version control, backups, etc.). We prefer to use out-of-the-box software and avoid writing custom code wherever possible.

All our clients have access to the full source code that we use to run their sites and access to a daily database backup .

There is no lock in or minimum contract length and clients are free to move away from our hosting at any time without penalty charges. We will always work constructively in partnership with other hosting providers to ensure a smooth transition both to and from our services.
