CiviCRM

We're experts in CiviCRM and Drupal for non profits.  Our CiviCRM services include the following:

Coaching

Coaching is working in partnership with your project and IT staff, helping them get the most out of their CiviCRM installation by advising them on best practice, training, and helping specify and implement their requirements.

Training

We organise trainings in partnership with the core CiviCRM team.  This is the third year that we are offering trainings and we’re planning 4 trainings this year, two in Spring and two in Autumn, aimed at ‘users and administrators’ and ‘impementers and developers’.

Hosting

Our hosting service is built to satisfy two needs for our clients:

• to take complexity out of hosting and provide a secure and reliable environment for non profit organisations’ data.
• to let non profits to own and control their own data and code, and to have access it at any time.

Project management

We also project manage more complex projects.  We try and avoid overly project managing smaller projects, preferring to empower organisations to run their own IT projects through coaching, training and hosting.

Community building

We host regular developer meet ups, trainings, code sprints, demo nights, and speak at conferences.  We also helped organise the first ever CiviCon in conjunction with the Core team in San Francisco in 2010.  Keep a look out on the CiviCRM blog and upcoming events pages for more information.

Books

Michael McAndrew is the project lead for the freely available book: CiviCRM: a comprehensive guide.  He's co-authored both editions of the book with others from the CiviCRM community.  We give all our clients and training participants a complementary copy of the book.
