We've worked with VAW since 2004, initially developing a custom CRM application for their requirements, and then migrating them to CiviCRM in 2008 so they could begin to take advantage of the all the resources provided by the CiviCRM community.

VAW use CiviCRM to record and report to funders on all support work that they carry out with their client organisations. They use CiviMail to communicate with the many networks and CiviEvent to manage their training programme. They take full advantage of CiviCRM's website integration to provide online directories of voluntary and community organisations in Westminster, premises for rent, etc.

Daniel Mapp, their CiviCRM administrator, recently atttended our two day training course. He is now confident in adapting and further developing CiviCRM to meet their changing needs without having to use external consultants. But he knows that we're only a phone call away if there is anything he is stuck with or needs urgent help.

Over the years, VAW and Third Sector Design have carried out many projects in partnership. We are currently working together to deliver affordable websites and CRM solutions to non profit organisations in West London.
